Scope

These terms apply to direct bookings of the three properties on this website. For bookings made through a third-party platform, the terms accepted on that platform apply. Your booking summary identifies the property, dates, guests, price and selected services.

The Indivision acts as their authorised property manager to conclude rentals and manage the security deposit on their behalf.

Price, payment and tourist tax

Prices are in euros. Full payment is due at booking. The booking summary shows the stay price, included services, selected extras and tourist tax before confirmation. No undisclosed or unaccepted additional charge will be added. Extras are subject to availability and confirmation.
Tourist tax is calculated under the rules for the property’s municipality, dates and guests, including statutory exemptions. The host or manager collects and remits it. It is not charged again if already collected.

Cancellation by the guest

A cancellation received at least 30 days before arrival qualifies for a full refund of accommodation, booked extras and supplements. For a cancellation received less than 30 days before arrival, these payments are non-refundable, subject to applicable law, including force majeure provisions.
Send your request in writing to contact@leschantsdeleau-thonon.com. The receipt date applies. Tourist tax is not payable for cancelled nights that are not stayed; any tax already collected for those nights is refunded. Changes require written confirmation; submitting a request does not itself amend a booking.

Security deposit

The security deposit is €500 for Les Chants de l’Eau, €300 for L’Apparté Confort and €500 for À Quelques Pas du Lac Léman.
It is managed through a card authorisation using ChargeAutomation and Stripe, scheduled for the day before arrival. This temporarily holds funds on the card; it is not payment for the stay. It may be renewed to cover the rental period.
If there is no damage or justified amount to retain, release is scheduled no later than three days after departure. The time for the release to appear depends on the guest’s bank. Any deduction must relate to damage attributable to the guest or an amount contractually due, be supported by evidence and be communicated to the guest. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

Arrival, departure and practical information

Check-in from 4 pm and check-out by 10 am unless different times have been expressly confirmed for your booking. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and confirmation at the stated prices. Access instructions are sent directly to the guest. The StyQR welcome guide is sent separately with practical information for the stay.

Les Chants de l’Eau

62 Avenue d’Évian, 74200 Thonon-les-Bains, France. Approximately 38 m². One king-size bed measuring 180 × 200 cm. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. Pets are not accepted. Security deposit: €500.

L’Apparté Confort

62 Avenue d’Évian, 74200 Thonon-les-Bains, France. Approximately 25 m². One double bed measuring 140 × 180 cm. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. Pets are accepted for an additional €20 per stay, per pet, and must be declared when booking. Security deposit: €300.

À Quelques Pas du Lac Léman

4 Avenue de Lausanne, Résidence Le Mur Blanc, Bâtiment B, 74500 Évian-les-Bains, France. Approximately 77 m². Two bedrooms: a 160 × 200 cm double bed in the blue bedroom and a 140 × 200 cm double bed in the yellow bedroom. A 160 × 200 cm sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Pets are accepted for an additional €20 per stay, per pet, and must be declared when booking. Security deposit: €500.

Shared rules and complaints

Smoking indoors and parties are prohibited in all three properties. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Guests must respect the agreed occupancy, neighbours and equipment, and promptly report any problem or damage to the manager.

Douce parenthèse, À nous deux and Passionnément gifts are packages for one night and the selected services, rather than monetary credit. A lower nightly rate does not create unused credit or additional services. For dates priced above €175, only the difference is payable, shown before confirmation. Tourist tax and extra nights remain payable. Chosen-value vouchers retain their credit and balance until the original expiry date.

Catalogue dated 10 October 2026: Douce parenthèse: one night with private whirlpool bath, cleaning and linen, no decoration or brunch (€270). À nous deux: the same base, Ambiance Douce decoration and brunch for two (€399, including a €25 discount). Passionnément: the same base, Effet Wahou decoration with chocolates, brunch for two and champagne (€534). Packages cover one available night up to €175; any difference, tourist tax and additional nights are payable separately. Personalisation changes the price and contents, summarised before payment. Expérience Inoubliable costs €349 with chocolates and champagne included. Flowers require a separate quotation and agreement and are not paid with the voucher. Previously purchased vouchers retain their original terms and services.

Gift voucher sales conditions

Your purchase

Gift vouchers are sold by Indivision FELUT Nicolas et VEYRE Laura, 62 avenue d’Évian, 74200 Thonon-les-Bains, France, SIRET 985 317 189 00019. Contact: contact@leschantsdeleau-thonon.com. Value vouchers start at €50. Packages include the services and night credit shown in your summary. The total in euros, including delivery, is shown before confirmation. Vouchers are issued after payment is confirmed.

Validity and booking

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue, with the expiry date printed on the voucher. Recipients visit www.leschantsdeleau-thonon.com and use their code as instructed on the voucher. Booking is subject to availability; purchasing a voucher does not reserve any dates. Night prices vary by date; any supplement will be shown before booking confirmation. The stay’s booking conditions then apply.

Unused balance

If the available stay credit exceeds the stay price, the balance is retained as a new voucher for a future booking with the original expiry date. It is not paid out in cash. For example, €170 towards a €102 night leaves €68 for another visit.

Postal delays and missing deliveries

La Poste transit times are indicative and may vary, particularly during busy periods. We do not guarantee arrival for a particular occasion unless we expressly agree to it. For an urgent gift, choose email delivery. If the printed voucher has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or you notice a delivery issue, contact contact@leschantsdeleau-thonon.com with your order reference: we will check tracking and seek a solution. This suggested reporting timeframe does not limit your statutory rights. We remain your contact for delivery and retain our legal obligations.

Delivery and personalisation

Email delivery is free; the digital voucher can be printed or shown on a phone. Printed vouchers delivered within mainland France cost €6 by tracked letter or €12 by registered letter without acknowledgement of receipt. Printed vouchers are prepared and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. La Poste transit time is additional. Indicative postal delivery is approximately 3 working days after posting. Buyers select delivery to themselves or directly to the recipient and provide a full name and address. Laura handwrites the personal message on the printed voucher. The accompanying note is adapted to the recipient without revealing the price or hidden surprise extras.

Refunds and statutory rights

Vouchers are non-refundable except where statutory rights apply. Online purchases of vouchers without fixed stay dates carry a statutory 14-day withdrawal right from conclusion of the contract, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Email delivery alone does not waive that right. Send the template below or another unambiguous withdrawal statement to contact@leschantsdeleau-thonon.com or the postal address above. Statutory refunds are made within the applicable deadlines, generally within 14 days of receiving the request, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunded vouchers are deactivated.

Code, loss and complaints

Your code identifies the voucher and its balance: keep it safe and avoid sharing it publicly. A copy does not create additional credit. For loss or delivery issues, contact us with your order reference so we can check your purchase. Reissuing a voucher must invalidate the old code and retain the original expiry date. Use the contact details above for complaints; statutory rights remain unaffected.
