01 · Delivery
A personalised digital voucher with your message, its unique code and expiry date. Send it to yourself to give later, or to the recipient. Your voucher is sent by email after payment is confirmed.
A printed voucher in an envelope, sent to you or the recipient. In mainland France, La Poste estimates 3 working delivery days after posting, Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays, for both green letters and registered letters. Printed vouchers are prepared and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. La Poste transit time is additional. Mainland France delivery: €6 tracked letter or €12 registered letter without acknowledgement of receipt.
Postal times are indicative: for an upcoming occasion, choose email. Arrival on a specific date is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. If your voucher has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, contact us with your order reference so we can check tracking. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
